Local Voice Agent

Configure Whisper STT, then open the Pipecat WebRTC client. Saving changes updates .env and restarts the server so the next connection uses the new model/language.

Tip: use auto for mixed German/English. Use medium or large-v3-turbo for better recognition; CPU latency may increase.
